Saturday January 24th at 6:30pm at  Our Lady of Pompeii Shrine Church, 25 Carmine Street, NYC we have scheduled a new weekly appointment open to all the New York Italians and those who want to pray in italian: the Mass for the Italian Community of New York, with songs and animation by the chorus “Coro SOL TeleMater”, with guitar and piano.

It is born from the desire to open the doors of our beautiful Church to all those who want to find, in the italian Mass, a joyful community meeting with God, adding the additional value of a newly created chorus to your prayers. This chorus is composed by all of us, non professional singers, new friends of Jesus, italians of New York with a strong desire to be catholic in a joyful and exalting way, to deepen in evangelization all together.

The name of the chorus is inspired by TeleMater, the Italian Catholic Television in New York, that we want to see grow, following the beautiful idea and initiative of Father Walter Tonelotto to give all the Catholic Italians in America a television channel to grow their faith and have daily news.

This weekly Mass is every SATURDAY at 6:30pm at Our Lady of Pompeii Shrine Church and it want to be a CELEBRATION and an occasion to also stay informed on all the TeleMater activities, hoping to support evermore our mission of evangelization.
